Poor quality, Internet is not working, frequently hanging, battery backup is poor.

There is no specialty than other multimedia phone.... Camera is very bad... picture quality is too hazy...
I recently gifted my younger sister a Viva VM, Although she often exchanges it with my expensive phone but she seems quite satisfied with the VIVA VM as well. I personally find the VIVA to be a great product as it is quite similar to the one that I use however it just looks a little less complicated. I can access my facebook accounts and chat with my friends using various chat applets that are available online. Color output is not the best but still its very bright. A good phone if one can get develop an interest.. Collected through an in-person interaction with the customer.
