My Xolo Q1000 battery doesn't charge any more. I gave the phone on the 3rd of April, 2014 for repair which was sent to Noida for the company to repair. I was informed that the motherboard will be replaced and eventually handed it back to me on the 5th of May. The service center also gave me a brand new battery as the earlier battery had gone bad too. After 32 days of waiting, the phone still doesn't charge. I've had 6 parts replaced already (USB connector, Sensor, earpiece, handsfree connector, Motherboard and Battery). It would be cheaper for Xolo and easier for me to have the entire phone replaced in one go. The phone is still lying with the service center and today is the 17th of May.nnIts a sad state of affair that Xolo has put me in. I hope someone's listening and someone takes action to replace the phone now.nnIMEI No.: 911310200327899

I bought this Xolo A500 Club for my mom a month back. Pretty good looking phone I must say! Bought this from a local shop for 6300 bucks, though I'm having trouble finding a flip/snap-on cover for it. :(nnThe build is good & looks premium, really slim device, the settings UI is iPhone like. This comes as a surprise, as the other a500 phones have stock Xolo i.e. android settings theme. But this is a welcome change though.nBuild much better than a500S, a500L, a500 etc !!nnNavigating through menus is a breeze. The camera offers many modes, though shots are average. Commendably, the front cam is better than that of my Xperia ZR :pnJust got a minor update, the post effects of which I'm unable to make out yet.nnMore importantly, battery backup is too good with moderate usage.nAll-in-all, a good phone. Worth considering for non power users, like I bought for my mom who just needed a touch screen phone with WhatsApp etc.!!!!!!!! ;)

I purchased a Xolo A500 club recently just one month back, within three days not able to switch on the phone. Supplier replaced it with new one after 15days same problem unable to switch on the phone. contract supplier he refused to replace and asked me to book a complaint. complain booked server dealer taken the phone without any replacement for daily use. Asked me to wait for another 15days for repairing ...

good in design but not so good In performance...

This is the worst phone one can buy. I brought this phone from a retailer and was happy with it. In fact very happy. But that didn't last for too long. It ended in just a few hours. After using the phone for 5 hours I'd to put it for charging and that's when i found this phone defective. nThe good looking phone doesn't work when u put it for charging. The good looks are made to deceive the customer. It simply hangs and u cant do anything until u remove it from charging.Then I got this phone exchanged because the problem occurred on the very first day. nnThe second phone worked well for two days and showed up the same problem again. I thought I got another defective phone and I considered myself unfortunate :-(nnBut I was lucky enough to get the second one exchanged too. I pitched in for third phone in the same model. This time too the phone didn't work when I put it for charging.nI was really fed up of the phone and was very angry about it.nNow I'm going to buy another phone from another company all together. nThe bottom line is, DON'T EVER DARE TO BUY THIS PHONE.

This phone is available in market at a price Rs.6500. I have been using this phone over a month the phone has equivalent performance as XOLO A500s IPS.nPROS:n1. Great touch.n2. You can play games like subway surf, temple run, 8ball Pool, Candy Crush etc without any lags.n3. Amazing performance with skype, 3g Calling.n4. XOLO secure is quite helpful software as it helpds in backing up phone and protects against theft.n5. It has hidden cleaning software which you can open by holding the back button and press clean task, so avoids installation of addidtional 3rd party software for this purpose.n6. Speaker sound is simply great.n7. Camera quality is good with quite useful software features.nCons:n1. Battery backup is less as compared to XOLO A500s IPSn2. Device slightly heats up while playing games.nnOverall worth buying
