I have been using this phone for exactly a month now. Got it in a excellent exchange deal and one day delivery on 26th June. Previously was using HTC Butterfly, so this might seem quiet a fall brand wise from HTC to Xiomi.nPros:n1. Look, feel and build quality: Premium! This is the only word that comes to mind here. The device feels great in the hand and the build quality is among the best you will find on a smartphone.n2. Battery: I have been getting good battery backup. On a single charge for moderate usage, I am able to run the phone for a day and a half at least which is quiet nice. Even on gaming (Pokemon Go, Injustice etc..), I could squeeze out a day of battery usage without any issues. Phone also charges very fast. It supports quick charge but even normal charging with the USB Type C cable is very quick. You will get a complete charge from 0 to 100% in less than 1.5 hours.n2. Camera: Another highlight of this device. you are going to love the pics from the 16MP rear shooter. And the front facing 4MP shooter is completely dope. For selfie lovers, I would highly recommend this phone, no doubt!n3. Configuration: At this price, the you are getting the best configuration in the industry. It is almost bewildering how Xiomi can afford to sell devices this cheap with this kind of config. Half of what Samsung, HTC, LG charge for their flagships. Snapdragon 820 chipset coupled with Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB RAM means you are not going to experience any lag whatsoever and multitasking is going to be a breeze!n4. Display: The 5.15" display looks beautiful and I didn't experience any problems even in bright sunlight.n5. Interface: MiUi 7 is based on Android Marshmallow and you are guaranteed to get timely updates as newer versions of android roll out. For people who are skeptical thinking that MiUi is relatively unknown, you need not worry at all. The interface is very smooth and responsive and very much similar to the iOS. If you are not comfortable with that, you can easily install the Google Now launcher to give your phone a more traditional android like feel with the app drawer. But trust me, you'll learn to love this interface as well!n6. Other features: Fingerprint sensor, infrared blaster all lovely additions. Fingerprint sensor is very quick and responsive and the IR blaster can be setup for all devices around your house(TV, AC, Music player etc.)nCons:n1. WiFi: The WiFi antenna on this phone is not the strongest. If your router is a floor above you, you might experience frequent signal drop, something I never experienced with my HTC.n2. Heating: I have noticed the phone gets quiet warm when you are on prolonged calls or playing heavy games. It is not extremely hot, but tends to warm up quiet a bit, especially at the edges which has silver framing. Nothing too extreme but if you are not used to it then might find it slightly annoying.n3. Slippy: You might take some time to get used to the dual glass design especially if you were previously using a soft touch back panel phone like me. The device is very slippery. Even the slightest slope on the table, and the phone is guaranteed to slide away. My phone has already taken quiet a few falls as I am used to the soft touch back panel of the Butterfly and initially I felt scared even while holding the device feeling like it will slip out of my hand any time now! But you get used to it. The back panel for the black version is huge fingerprint magnet. However, you can easily overcome this issue if you buy a back cover which is easily available.nnOutcome: With a price of around 25K, this is the best one can ask for. You are getting all the latest and best features you can ask for in a smartphone at less than half the price of the bigger brands(Samsung,Sony,LG,HTC). Mind you this is coming from a hardcore HTC fan. I would highly recommend this phone.

Flagship specs by Xiaomi within Affordable range. nInitially phone had serious heating issues. Got it replaced by flipkart within 10 days. Now replacement device working super fine.Thanks to Flipkart

You cant ask for a better phone for such a low price.. No problem with the h/w or s/w; Both are amazing. I'm glad I waited long for the black version.
