Leave the phone. Donot buy from Flipkart. They have sent me 1 year old phone. Manufactured in Sept 2019. Why??? Don't they have fresh stock or they are selling refurbished phones. Please avoid Flipkart. Last time it happened with my POCO F1 purchase. They sent 1 year old phone. Now again they sent 1 year old phone. That's a fact. Please save your money.

Got used phone...already there are many contact saved in phone.worst experience ever.

Please read complete review before thinking to buy mi phones. Please guys don't buy any Redmi's phone. As they are only making customers fool.I have bought Redmi K20 pro 6,128Gb and In staring I thought it is one of the best phone in this budget but China is China they will never be good . They all shown there cheap behaviour to us. All products of mi are cheap not in price but in quality and performance. All those who have reviewed best phone and given 5star rating they had just rated when they have unboxed. Actually we all should have rate after using it at least a month. Then only the company will show their own status ( aukad). ( Now, you all will think why I am saying this all because guys I have buyed 2 phones of mi in my life.1. mi note 5 pro and the second one 2. Now Redmi K20 pro. As all you know about note 5 pro how it was , a bad phone with bad camera after update. Now also I thought no mi will be better so I bought Redmi k 20 pro but now also it's a very bad product in that price. The 1st point is the phone body is very bad, and its only look good but not strong secure after one drop only it's back body or front screen will break using mi cover provided by them also. ## It's totally a business mind of them so that the user had to replace glass frequently and that's the reason they always launched phone in cheap prices so that they can recover all selling loss in service care.##) also secondly the phone lacks and camera quality decreases after update and I am sure it will never gona be good and those who says in YouTube it's a best phone they all get some commission by Redmi company so don't ever buy by trusting them...I can surely say that Vivo and oppo phones are much more best phone comparing to Mi cheap phone. All problems 1. No proper face detection. 2. Not protective phone( one drop break) 3. Camera performance after update v poor 4. It's lag or hang while using camera or any software 5. It's pop up camera is bad in built body it will become lose after some time 6. Network problem sometimes 7. Bad case cover 8. And many more in while using application software

Good product. But if you are facing any problem under 10 day's ( flipkart replacement policy ) don't expect any help from flipkart. I'm a victim. So please go and buy from your nearest retail store. Atleast they will listen you if you are facing any problem.
