Must buy!

Superb phone Quite happy with XIAOMI Our family buys only Xiaomi products, started with Redmi note 4, Redmi y1, Redmi 6 pro, Redmi y2, Redmi note 7S(twice), Redmi note 7 pro, Mi A3.. Last but not least that's me using Redmi K20 Pro So we are Xiaomi family.. Thanks for all product, all are working superbly.. I am happy to give review..

Very poor

I am getting burning smell from mobile and charger also then, I raised return request within the time, but without contacting me they rejected my return request then after, so many discussions (it took 15 days), technician visited just smell it and went away, he is irresponsible, irrespective told that everything ok. He doesn't have any equipment or charging facility to check the issue but he gave the report as "everything ok". These days I faced so many problems from flipkart(eating time not resolve the problem), technician (irresponsible, irrespective not having the equipment). I loose my valuable time, patience, money and finally got defected product.
