Phone looks good but bulky(Not by weight) in hand, Though its 2000maH battery, battery life span is not upto mark when compare to Nokia or Samsung. Dual Camera : Good at this price tag Sound Clarity : Good Before i buy this phone i did lots research to find SAR value of this phone, no use even i tried calling ZEN customer care number too, they not even know what is SAR. SAR value of this phone : Head: 0.295 w/kg(1g) Body: 0.539 w/kg(1g) Good for this, Which was mentioned on Phone, you has to remove the battery to lookat it. Keypad would have bit smoother. Other wise looks good. Happy buy.

This handset has good battery with dual cameras and also light in weight. Cons. : No slim in size Keypad was such a poor quality as its hard to press and also while pressing loud sound comes out. No torch light has been given.

EVERY THING IS GOOD BUT THE THING MY ZEN M39 DISPLAY WAS BROKEN AND I WENT TO ZEN SERVICE CENTRE BUT THEY WONT TAKE CARE PROPLY THEY STILL KEEP ONE MONTH MY MOBILE AND AFTER THAT SAID WE ARE NOT FOUND THE DISPLAY OF YOUR MOBILES I WAS ANGRY ON THAT PEOPLE AND CAME OVER THER WITOUT REPAIRE MY ZEN M39 IN (ALWAYS PURCHASE THAT MOBILES WHICH SERVICE HAS GOOD WHO CARING US MORE THEN THE DEVICE ) SERVICE BEST MOBILES IS NOKIA AND SAMSUNG THERE SERVICE CENTRE CENTRE PEOPLE IS CARING REALLY IT WAS MY WORST MOBILES I PURCHASED IN MY LIFE

not at all satisfied with product.very slow. not user friendly, network reception is just pathetic.says switched off even under a network tower with sim attached .

Poor build quality,as two of my same devices got damaged on Screen only as it loosen up the connection with motherboard.There is no service center nearby,Getting repaired is literally impossible.
