Got this for Rs. 43.9K and I must say it's worth every penny. A quick list of pros and cons. Pros: + 8th Generation (Kaby Lake refresh) Core i5, true quad core with hyperthreading @ 1.6 GHz with turbo up to 3.4 GHz + Next gen Nvidia MX150 GPU (basically a faster version of the desktop GT 1030), with 2 GB of GDDR5. Can play most modern games on medium-low settings with 45-60 FPS. + 8 GB of DDR4 memory allows from easy multitasking and task-switching. + Responsive and smooth trackpad. + Genuine, activated Windows 10 Home Edition. + Comes with Firefox pre-installed. + Very silent and cool when on battery, temps never reach uncomfortable levels even when plugged in and gaming. + Support for every kind of wi-fi standard. + Has a USB Type-C port. + Decent battery life (thanks to the low power components) + Removable hatches on the back allows for easy access to hard disk and RAM for future upgrading. Cons: - Comes with a ton of bloatware that must be uninstalled. - Keyboard is good but not great, a little on the mushy side. - Screen is a TN display with a max resolution of 1366x768. Easily the most noticeable con, the screen has rather poor viewing angles and the saturation and contrast is a bit lacking. - Keyboard is not backlit. Given the price at which I got this machine, most of these cons can be overlooked. It is still one of the best mid-range laptops on the market right now and one of the few in India to have updated specs. Ideal for college students and office workers. If you want a laptop that provides excellent mid-range performance at a reasonable price, then look no further. -
Review updated- Last time i gave 5 star because of specifications of this laptop, and now i am giving 1 star because after 15 day thrs little bit sounds comming from hdd side and my system is suddenly shutdown 3 to 4 times, and i have read this type of reviews. Please like this review i any one else also facing this type of issue My old review- Best in price, Got 1600rs discount on hdfc credit card.
It's worth buying if you are looking for good laptops under 45000. Good specks you could get including nvidia 150x instead of 940x ,which provides a greater performance for gaming.. Screen is not up to the mark. Average lcd screen quality .
