I bought this laptop for 47k on flipkart. Delivery was fast and thd packaging was good. First of the laptop comes with a Full HD display and not HD as mentioned by flipkart in specs. Built quality is good but the lid cannot be opened by one hand( thats okay for me). Keyboard is backlit and feels comfortable to type on. The only issue is Caps lock nd Num lock doesn't have a light indicating their status. Display: its a sharp 1080p screen, but the viewing angles are bad(as expected). The display had a red tint to it but after i caliberated it, i'm good to go. Speakers: I saw reviewers saying it had bad speakers but believe me, the speakers are so good. They are loud and clear. (unless ofcourse you push the volume to something like 1000% in vlc). Performance: 8th gen intel CPU seems to be working great but is bottlenecked by slow HDD. Good thing, there is a free m.2 SSD slot. Gaming: I didn't play many games yet. I played Crysis 3 and Far cry 4. Far cry 4 runs smooth in high 1080p settings while as Crysis 3 ran smooth in high 1080p while keeping texture quality to medium.Best part, there are no heating issues, it runs quit. Battery: I was using laptop in high performance mode with mixed usage. I got around 5 hrs. I will update soon after i try GTA5 and few other games. UPDATE: I installed GTA 5 on this laptop recently nd it ran smooth at high to very high settings. Texture quality was set to high nd few settings to very high(like post Fx, shadows etc). I ran this game at 1600*900 resolution. Overall this laptop is a must buy under 50k coz there isn't any laptop giving u 8th gen i5 right now under 50k. So go for it.
Excellent in look and performance
This is a full review on Acer aspire 5 a515-51g. This is one of the best laptops that you can get at this price point. I don't know why people will always go with Dell or hp. But this laptop is awesome. Gaming performance is good. Played dota 2, CS GO, Farcry 4, FIFA 16 and GTA. Dota 2 played well in high resolution but other games work smooth in medium resolution. Very good camera in bright lighting conditions, but average at night (I don't care much about about camera so I'm ok with it.) Keyboard is backlit (you won't get any other laptop with backlit keyboard at this price point). Its awesome to type and windows mousepad gestures works great. The screen is full HD. Flipkart please change the description. My final verdict is to simply go with the laptop. It's amazing. (I'm searching for cons of this laptop.)

Awesome laptop. Purchased it for 44.9k including cashback during Republic Day sale. Pros: 1. Its a 1080p Full HD display (1920*1080). Not HD display as mentioned in Specs. 2. 8th gen i5 core processor is bang for this price range. 3. For normal operation Intel HD graphics (Integrated) will be activated and during gaming, Nvidia 940MX 2GB card will be activated. 4. Office 365 and Windows 10 Home edition full license. 5. Backlight keyboard at this price bracket is great. 6. Sturdy build, good Ram management, good battery backup. 7. This laptop is for gamers, students, professional and casual users. Cons: 1. Viewing angles are slightly a downside. But not so bad. 2. Lots of bloat wares. But we can uninstall it. 3. Speaker location is slightly weird. But good sound (True Harmony) Verdict: This is the best laptop u can buy under 50k. After a detailed research, bought this product. Definitely u will not regret for buying this laptop. Great upsides and manageable downsides can make this lappy a great product. Thanks Flipkart for the safe and timely delivery.
