Good - Laptop has awesome specs. Latest 4th gen i7 processor and 8GB RAM is enough to satisfy the gamer/developer user. - Windows 8.1 with the latest upgrade feels very nice. Laptop performance is very nippy. - HDMI ________________________________________________________________________ Bad - Touchpad does not work reliably. - Avg speakers and Webcam. - Flipkart mentions the screen resolution to be full HD (1920X1080p). it’s NOT the case!!! its only 1366X768. Flipkart please list correct specs. - Plain looks. ________________________________________________________________________ Ugly - Flipkart service. They returned the laptop to warehouse because I could not be home when they wanted to deliver. Order got cancelled citing the reason that I refused to accept the order. This when the delivery boy told me that he will come the next day! Anyways I had to order it again. Not a nice experience. I am inclined to overlook it this time as my past experience with flipkart delivery has been very good.

I'm mostly concerned about user experience, and this laptop has the worst one. The Human Interfaces - the Track Pad and the Keyboard - are the worst I've ever used. The Trackpad get stuck every 2 mins and the keyboard just refuses to work on certain keys, the primary among them being the Space Bar. I'm not even bothered about how snappy the start might be, if I'm unable to use the keyboard and the trackpad, what am I to do with the snappyness. I'm giving serious thoughts to returning this laptop or claim warranty.

I had an acer gaming version of laptop v3-551g which I use for gaming . Within 4 months it's hardrive was dead. Plus overheating issues. When I took this to a local service center they just did some cleaning and returned me the product . The mistake that I made was I didn't contact the costumer care on the phone . So they are like since your warranty is just over we can't help you .. But I had given the laptop to them when it was in warranty . So after a year I am helpless my laptop runs on 90 degrees at boot . Thank you ACER. No issues from flipkart

I have been using this laptop for three months now and found no problems till date there is no heating at all. amazing specs, never hanged in three months of use. there is only one problem that is when you upgrade to the latest windows (10) you loose all the gestures capabilities.

I bought this laptop from flipkart...all was gud...then i gt sm issue with power off. Now the service center is saying there is problem in motherboard. so have to change motherboard. but as my product is in warranty period, it was supposed to get replaced in warranty but acer rejected the approval because the motherboard serial no & laptop serial no is nt matching...n they're saying its problem of seller. i contacted flipkart bt they're just taking my complaint in process but no solution they've provided to me yet as its been 1 month is passed from the day of complaint.
