superb laptop

Flipkart is a CHEATER .My acer predator came with a defective harddisk. Harddisk is unable to detect by laptop . I requested for replacement of my laptop as it is under 10 day replacement policy ,,but flipkart is denying to replace it. Flipkart is a cheater. Flipkart is not replacing my laptop even it is under 10 day replacement policy. Never buy from flipkart.

First and foremost, apply for warranty within 7 days of invoice date at - shopacer dot in. You will get 1 year ADP (Accidental Damage Protection) 2 year extended warranty (2nd and 3rd year) A free gift - 1 TB HDD or Saregama Caravan for Rs 2949 only. In my opinion: DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM FLIPKART The delivery person was rude. He was insisting for the written approval from Flipkart in order to pick up the order and provide me the replacement. He took away my replacement (new product) and didnt pick my order. The replacement request is already approved from Flipkart, then who is he to ask for the written approval? Its been more than 12 days since I ordered this product, and still I am struggling to get my order. Seriously a very pathetic experience I had from Flipkart as well as eKart. My replacement order was at my door step but the courier guy didnt gave it to me because he needs another written approval from Flipkart. It is a common sense that If there is a replacement order and he is coming to my house to deliver, it clearly means that the request is approved from Flipkart and that is why they are giving out the replacement. But it seems there is no common sense at all in the delivery guys from eKart. Now, I have no clue when will they deliver my replacement order because it seems they work as per their own terms and doesnt care about the customers experience. The delivery guy was very confident in saying that I can make a complain to Flipkart taking his name because nothing will happen to him. I have paid 72000(appox.) to Flipkart for the pathetic delivery experience, tempered product and humiliation. I feel disappointed. Shame on you Flipkart and eKart

Awesome laptop best choice for gaming. Keep it up Flipkart . I got this laptop for 64k after offer and exchange with my old one.
