I bought an Acer 472 on 8th December. And on 3rd Jan my screen stopped working. Called up Customer support and a technician came and checked it. Found that the cable to the screen had burnt. I asked for a replacement of the laptop and that it was not even a month since i bought. They didnt agree to that . They said we will replace the cable. I have been following up since then and everytime the answer is that the cable hasnt arrived and they dont know the status or when it will come. Try going online to acer site, no facility to email them in India? Sat- sun closed. If any acer person is looking at this please check complaint number - 577442I. I would strongly reccommend against buying any acer Laptop
