My laptop's touchpad wasn't working so I tried to replace it, the replacement request was rejected.nnBelow is summary of the issuennI requested a return for the acer laptop as the touch pad wasn't working.nAfter initial call and clarification of issue with flipkart team, I wasnasked to talk to acer representative even though the product was in 30 daysnreplacement warranty.nnI explained the same to acer team and flipkart team on a conference callnbut as soon as the call was over the return request on flipkart wasndeclined.nnWhen I called flipkart next day they requested me to get laptop inspectednby technician and than raise a new return request.nnThe way it is going it is sure to cross 30 days replacement warranty andndefinitely shaken my faith in flipkart.nnNot happy with service,
i have purchased this laptop......sometimes its touchpad stops while using.......also late delivered.............
