the product is a crap very delicate hardware and hangs frequently. if u wnt to waste ur hard earned cash go for this fukin garbage
Product was delivered on time As specified I am happy with the performance The laptop gets overheated often. A better heat sync would have been ideal. Apart from that I haven't encountered any problems yet
Comes with win8 which works fabulously with the hardware. The upgrade to 8.1 works even better. It does NOT "hang" or lag that often. The hardware is quite delicate, yes. The start up time is too quick. Asus has a wide range of apps on the Windows Store as well as the desktop (including free Cloud storage for a year - just drop the files to store in a Sync folder). These apps really make your life easy, It's quite the looker. When I'm using this laptop in public, people come up to me and are astounded by the way it looks. The keyboard is quite amazing, however the space-bar has to be pressed in the right manner (at the centre) to function which it quite the letdown.
