Believe me, I have got this and this laptop runs any given game on high settings without a lag. I ran DevilMayCry,Crysis3,SniperElite,BO2 on high settings and they gave pretty decent fps. It is comparetively better than highly priced Laptops from Dell,HP,Samsung and Sony. Give it a shot if you want best performance with less budget ! :)
This laptop have some serious heat issue please do not buy i have it for over 1 year and i hate this laptop for its heating issue (u cant play a game if u are not in a airconditioned room) Fps and all other aspects are decent but it restart due to heating
It likes to play with me, total gaming mood, it heats but keeps its calm throughout. I've faced many problems with it, but came out enlightened from that. Got it for 2K less than here from Nehru Place. Heating caused shut down but that was another CS/CZ bug, that I found out later. With W7HP, I was happy to have gone the genuine way, & upgraded to W8Pro. It didn't happened ASAP as MS Win Site didn't respond to my genuine query of a discount coupon. I wrote to Microsoft many times, so do to ASUS also, but just one the last week of offer closing I tried once more by reply MS mail with scans of my bill & Key Tag. Bingo. I am a software engineer and the worst experience of this laptop while using,i swear u need to throw it out after buying it,this is like a chinese mobiles in which the configuration is very high in a low price but performance is worst.
I have this laptop..and i have been using it for 2 years now. The thing i found out about this laptop that it needs maintenance. People complain about the heating issues, but honestly, it works well even in very hot days with a cooling pad. This laptop needs to be dusted regularly for max. performance. Servicing after ever 6 months will keep it smooth.nnGiven that it comes with Ci7, 8 GB Ram, 1TB HDD and a 2 Gb geforce GT Graphics Card, it is a very neat package. nnThis laptop will cannot run games in full graphics settings. But it wont leave you disappointed too.nnIf u want a gaming laptop and you are at a tight budget, this laptop isn't a bad buy. And if you are from cooler regions, even during summers, then you'll totally love the K55Vm.nnI give it a 5 star cause it has lasted two years and is still working smoothly despite the heavy demanding games i played on it.
