very unfortunate n strange way to handle customer, received a defective pc inspite of few reminders no response , flipkart refused and rejected the return request !!!! which is strange and astonishing !!!! would never buy again !!!

This laptop is a Commercial Notebook (Business) that's why build quality is good also extra reliable than other notebooks.n4. 24 months Warrantyn5. RAM upgrade possible up to 8GBn6. Anti glare displaynnConsn1. HDD is 5400 rpm so quite slow(don't be afraid all laptop uses 5400rpm HDD)n2. No Graphics cardn3. Processor is ok(core i3 2Ghz)n4. No Operating System preinstalled.n5. 14 inch displayn6. Speaker position is not good.
