Bought the XO044T version from Flipkart. The difference between this and the XO044D model is that it comes with a licensed version of Windows 10 and drivers for Asus installed. If you dont have a copy of Windows 10, i suggest you buy this model else the XO044d Model should do.nn This laptop is definitely worth the price you pay. 4gb RAM might not seem sufficient initially if you are a heavy gamer or do a lot of multi-tasking but there are two ram slots at the back thats easily accessible should you choose to increase your memory. nn I am an avid gamer. This notebook runs a 2gb NVDIA GT 930m which is a mid-level graphics card but its quite good. Most games run anywhere between 30-60fps with an FPS drop of 10-15 if you are using ultra settings like in DOTA 2, CS:GO, GTA 5 or NFS Rivals. The processing speed of the i5 6200 chipset is surprisingly great actually. It handles most tasks easily with only memory issues slowing it down but that is to be expected with the limited 4gb RAM.nnI am getting battery backup of about 3 hours on average running games at high settings, music at the same time and atleast 3-4 tabs open on my Google Chrome. Thats quite respectable honestly. The screen is a normal 1080p scree with a standard resolution of 1368 X 768 which isnt exactly amazing but its good for your laptop since the graphics card runs at its best all the time. nn Now for coders, with the new introduction of Linux modules to Windows 10, processing speed and real time execution is quite important. Obviously it is nowhere good enough compared to your premium laptops like Dell XPS or Macbook Pro but it handles it quite decently honestly.nn Somethings to look out for before considering this laptop:n n1. Speakers are garbage. This is mostly because the speakers are located BELOW the laptop. No idea why but i'm assuming its for the weight saving. Its not much of an issue if you are headphone user though, sound quality is pretty decent.nn2. No back-lit keyboard. Not really a big issue unless you spend most of your life at night in the dark.nn3. Charger cable.This is more of a personal preference but the cable is quite thin and you do have to keep your eye out for if it gets stuck cause its quite prone to getting damage.nn4. Not too light. This is strange one because the laptop is quite thin and sleek compared to most laptops in this bracket. Its not heavy by any means but its not light either. Weighing in about 2.6kg, it fits snuggly in your backpack but if you are looking for ultra-book like portability, you might be disappointed.nn5. RAM. This is entirely user dependent RAM is good enough for most everyday tasks. If you would like to run games at a higher FPS, i suggest upgrading to 8gb at the least.nnOverall, for 42k,its hard to find a better alternative for the specs and features you are getting. I really do recommend the i5 6200 processor. It works insanely well. This laptop has a solid build quality, no heating issues apart from some basic warming that you get with any laptop after using it for 4-5 hours straight. Bootup speed is great even with a lot of applications running during startup. IF you are on a budget and want a laptop for everyday use, with a little bit of gaming characteristics, definitely consider buying this laptop.nn*do not worry about getting this laptop serviced. It has most standard parts, your warranty doesnt get nullified if you add RAM. Asus stores are quite prominent these days in most metros. If not, most computer service centers can cater to your needs.

Didn't buy this from flipkart, but still want to tell you about this piece of machinery. nnThe laptop is great and perhaps offers the best features in this price range. It's smooth and crisp. nThere are only two things that bother me a little (as of yet), which are - absolutely no indication for caps lock, and sub-standard speakers. Every laptop now comes with a little light on the caps lock button, which sadly is missing here. And 'boooo' to Microsoft for not providing any heads-up indicator for the same. This is a little nit-picky thing,but it bugs a lot of people who are accustomed to such basic features. And yes, coming to the speakers, the level of quality of sound in this laptop is that of a 2-in-1 laptop types. Not at all good...... :(nnOtherwise, this laptop is great. And yes, not to forget the USB Type-C!! :D

Hi, Is the exterior as well as the interior dark brown? Or is the interior golden-ish?
