Have been using for two weeks...awesome laptop..super fast..boots in just 4-5 seconds... SSD really makes the difference.. as with other ASUS laptop web camera is poor but shouldn't stop you from buying... I bought this for work purposes and it loads all heavy softwares in matter of seconds. Give that it is i7 8th gen with 256 GB SSD, price seems to be reasonable.
Light weight, made of durable plastic buy looks me talli. Runs cool, no overheating problems. Boots and shuts down pretty fast. Applications load and run faster too. Nice battery backup. improves after 5 cycles of charging and discharging. i am setting about 5 hours of continuous usage with wifi. Sound is good but, volume is low. webcam is decent. fingerprint avannee works well but a bit slow. Slightly expensive, but got a good deal for my old laptop in exchange. loving this laptop overall.
Laptop is very light, boots up pretty fast. But Pathetic webcam, poor graphics for 3D rendering, dull speakers and no caps lock indicator. Text rendering is blurry in some apps. I don't know if it is a problem with windows or graphics card.
Best laptop at this price, not for gaming though
I purchased this laptop from Retail.net and I received a squeaky left CTRL key. But, Flipkart was kind enough to replace it. Coming to the product, it has a full HD vibrant display with a decent backlit keyboard. The laptop is very light weight with a decent amount(5 -6 hours) of battery life which make it very easier for me use it on the fly. I bought the intel i7 variant and its blazing fast. Apart from SSD, the installation and the launching of apps is a breeze. I wanted to go for a Mac book air but an 8 gen core I7 with 8 gigs of Ram and a 256 SSD+1TB HDD was too tempting to deny for 72k. If you're not using the internet and using standalone apps, then the battery life further increases to 7 hours. It very important to charge the battery for minimum 3 hours on the very first use . I did not charge it properly on my first received laptop and the battery life used to be average for 4 hours, even if I was not using the internet. But, on the replaced laptop , i did recharge it for 3 hours right out of the box as instructed in the manual and BHAM! The battery life is amazing. The fast charge is a definite plus and it charges from 0 -60 in 45 min as advertised. I can launch multiple apps like eclipse IDE, a video recorder, a webinar with 6 tabs of google drives and having multiple uploads or downloads at the same time and this laptop processes it like an a Jet aircraft. My main purpose of getting this laptop was mobility and it certainly game me that. Extremely happy with the purchase and thank Flipkart for providing the 0 % EMI option as well. Note: This laptop is absolutely not for gaming and neither is it suitable for a video call. The webcam makes you feel like making a video call in the 1960's.
