i m ridiculed by flipkart so m writing this everywhere....i ordered a laptop on 6th of oct recd on 16th...cudnt install os as the piece was faulty...even the keys were not working properly..thts ok but now strts the scene...i registered compalin on 17th... till now they hv only come once n prepared report that yes its a faulty product....god someone tell them its not a chips packet tht i bought n if they were bad i threw away....honestly they do not care....its clear....i hv atleast caled 10 tms and all they hv given me is 24-48-72 hours...surprisingly they change it them selves and extend it...when i ask they bsay our service centre does...when i ask to connect to them no sir you cant....its so b%$$$$$ Fu****in........i Am fed up iritated and disgusted..pls do not buy even a ball pen with them..they r nt able to manage and customer is in deep trouble the moment thr is slight problem with the product....its more than a month and m still wondering wht to do....
I am a regular customer of Flipkart. Also I like to purchase product from WS Retail only because all the products that I have purchased from WS Retail in my past orders are very good. But this time WS Retail cheated me by selling a faulty product. Whenever I try to install the Operating System, an error message appears on the blue screen like this, "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant. Please contact your system vendor for an updated BIOS" and the notebook automatically restarts. I had a good faith on WS Retail. Now I want to return the same. I hope Flipkart will help me in this regard. My suggestion is "Do not purchase this notebook".
This product does not work .. Similar issues were reported from other buyers as well.. The build quality is sub standard !!
Its just amazing.. Almost perfect.. great performance and even greater Looks,,, Awesomenvery slim.. 2 gb ram is perfect for daily works.. Touch response is amazing.. Go For It...
this is a faulty laptop .thats because flipkart gave us to more offer on this productnso guys do not buy this product
