In the website, it is mentioned under Memory that Assus 237D Model is up-gradable to 4GBnnWith this thought in my mind, I have purchased this notebook. But it is not upgrade-able checked with Asus service center. I have requested for return twice...It is under processing status..I hope flipkart will resolve this...
Asus is worst company in the world. Bought this laptop from local shop on 1st november 2015 at the time of har pal happiness offer. Quality of this laptop is not only poor, the most important thing which is after sale service is just a joke. No body answers to email at all. When you will contact them the will repeatedly answer the same words each time but you will never get a solution.nnBads are:n1. Poor after sale service.n2. No resolution to your problem.n3. Their all offers are fake.n4. Their customer executives are arrogant and minimum courtesy.n5. Slow computer.n6. Hangs intermittently.n7. worst Screen quality.n8. Poor wifi connectivity.n9. poor quality touchpad.nnGood is :nThe look. so it is a gold brick
never thought a low budget laptop would be so amazing its processor is very fast, its battery back up is very nice upto 4-5 hours screen resolution is good and speaker is very nice its lightweight and nicely designed chiklet keyboard makes typing very easy you won't regret after buying it.
