Over all good at the price money. And the delivery boy is very friendly. And delivery is very fast and easy to emi process for the parchast.
Pretty bad services! I received a password protected laptop. I called Flipkart to report as no where on the guide was written of the password. This is how it went: the first time I called, the women on phone stated that because it is a used product, we will replace it. I called the next day to confirm the status. To which I was been told that a technician will visit to unlock the same. The first time they called, I was unable to answer to which they had already closed the case. I them went to a local wander to see if he could unlock the system. It took 6 hours for the same plus had to pay him to do so. I then called Flipkart again, stating that the password has been unlocked and the used product can be changed. I was clearly denied by the supervisor saying; 'we understand you got a used product but we cannot change this because of the policies' . I told him to refund and he denied. I was been told that I had to call back after 48 hours of the replacement request. Few things, I paid for a used product . Secondly, I wasted 4 days for this. Third, extremely bad customer services. Fourth, should have not trusted Flipkart because of the reviews. Fifth, should have ordered from Amazon. They really mean when they say 'aapni dukan'. - 10/10 for the overall services. One more thing to add, received a message that says request cancelled as vendor denied exchange request. I made a transaction to Flipkart and not vendor.
The laptop is very good. Worth more than the money I got it for. Love ASUS laptop and mobile both I purchased from flipkart.
