Got the product on 24th Aug 2014, 6 days after placing the order.nEverything was fine, the laptop has a pleasant look.nPretty fast on start up and other tasks.nnBut, from the beginning, the "spacebar" does not respond very often. Raised the issue to flipkart on 22nd Sept 2014 (which falls under 30 days replacement policy too) via registered mobile number and email as well. Only response I got in return is one phone call that the issue would be resolved by the service team very soon, other wise the product would be replaced. Shockingly, till now, I could not get the problem out of my way and while making calls to the customer support (18002089898), the executives were saying "sorry" to me that my problem had not being addressed. But, let me tell you flipkart, by being sorry would not solve my problem at all; send someone to fix the glitch the item (sold by you) is having.nnNote: Each time someone writes negative feedback about flipkart (which is really factual), they remove it from the page/product review.
