Good going for 1.5 yrs untill when my hard disk crashed all of sudden...
I bought this laptop last month from ASUS retailer. Generally I used this laptop on weekends but suddenly it started giving problem. On startup it used to hang and '' key kept on pressing itself like it is short. Moreover touchpad also stopped working at startup. After one day whole keyboard stopped working. Its been a week I called Asus Customer Care(1800-2090365) for onsite service and they had given a case number but no response and no service after that. They had given two Service Centre number and told to contact them and they will be able to say exact day and time they will visit to repair. However both numbers are switched off. Worst first time experience from ASUS....
