Flipkart s Billion Capture + looks like a compelling smartphone. Here s our review
Jan 23 2018 By Deepak DhingraLaunched at Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM model and Rs 12,999 for the 4GB model, the Flipkart Billion + certainly looks like a compelling option. However, the presence of strong rivals like the Xiaomi Mi A1 (review) and Honor`s 9 Lite (review) and 7X (review) in the same price segment makes things difficult for it. Factor in the niggles like so-so camera performance, and the Billion Capture + becomes even harder to recommend. That said, maybe the phone is an update or two away from being a strong contender. The device was certainly noteworthy enough for us to include Flipkart`s Billion as one of the smartphone brands to look out for in 2018, and is worth a look if you`re on a lookout for a no-frills, affordable smartphone.
Read Full ReviewHello All, I was going through all the reviews on the review page of this product and am surprised to see hell lot of negative reviews.... It seems that some of the competitors have shelled out huge amt to defame the product. Nevertheless I am using this phone from last three days and below are my pointers 1. Performance is of top notch quality 2. Screen is good 3. Battery is superb 4. Keys are placed beautifully and allows user to minimise fat finger errors 5. Audio out put while playing music is ok 6. Video recording is ok 7. Camera is good in day light bt in low light conditions it's not up to the mark 8. No heating issues as such..people complaining here abt heating issues are the ones who have always used China phones(reminding again - this is an Indian product ) or don't understand the concept of heating 9. I have used cellphones of different manufacturers ( Moto, Lenovo, Mi N MANY MORE), however this is a step ahead of those 10. bOkeh effect is very good 11. Camera as said earlier - could have been better 12. Software is stock one 13. Premium look To the ones who are posting negative reviews here should understand that the heating issue could be coz of less network coverage or any setting issue as well. Abt the camera's negative reviews - this is not a phone which has top notch camera - hence don't expect this to be a DSLR one not should you expect this to compete Samsung or any MI phone for that matter - & the simple reason behind this is that that the Phone is conceptualised and developed in India and that involve more cost than China n any other country for that matter FK is doing great with On time delivery and other service things. When MI started it's operations in India 2014 and the cellphones it sold at that time we're good on papers bt were way too low on standard day to day ops, they came up with innovations in a gradual manner hence expect the same with this brand as well. This phone is not bad on papers and even on day to day ops, however there is always an opportunity for improvisation 2nd review after using for almost a week now {25th Nov} I would like to say to negative reviewers - "Go Get A Life Man". People don't have the guts to digest an Indian brand doing good as they are habitual of cheap other manufacturers phones. Battery works like a charm on this phone. No heating issues felt till now. Call quality is perfect, no other issues as such. Not sure what extraordinary people want from this device. No lagging on software front. If the camera was a bit more good, would have given 5 stars for sure Thanks FK for the lovely product
This product is very poor and very bad performance
