This is regarding my cancellation of order No.OD002837913635081200 of Volltas 1.5 Tons windows A.C today on 15th may 2015 at 9 a,m owing to your Customer care's totally unprofessional , not customer friendly ,callous ,laidback attitude. I had real bad experience last time when I purchased my previous order's A.C in June last year.The dellievery people who came with my consignment wont let me open the box claiming the company's Bluestar's engineer will open and I had the shock of my life when a plumber came to install my A.C having no proper tools even from some local franchisee service and installation place with whom you have made arrangements with here in Dwarka ,New Delhi.The man was charging even more than 1000 Rs despite his unsatisfactory installation. This time I thought I would tell and inform the customer care people,Nobody even cared to give me a call only a recorded confirmatory call came when I was online shopping.today an hour before the delievery scheduled time I called up your customercare helpline Number but despite telling my horrifying experience I was again told that installation would be done in 48 hrs after delivery and no proper smooth installation guarantee cabe taken. This is totally disgusting and not expected from such a reputed brand like Flipkart. Vivek Chadha
