Great product by Blue Star. I was looking for an AC for my room of 10*11 and it was the ideal one of 1.1 Ton. No there brand could fullfil my requirement as it met all my criteria. On top of it 5 star rating gave me peace of mind. Last but not the least prompt deliver by Flipkart. Product was delivered the very next day I placed the order. Keep it up Flipkart.
this rating for only the AC installation guys.flipkart team deliver on schedule time but I'm waiting for install my ac in window for more than 4-5 days and still not attend.Blue star customer service very poor.
very honest review for all...n1- Product is gud nice cooling..you can use it in a big room like 12×15 sq feet size but not more than that.but cooling tym increase in a big room so keep that in mind.n2- And a big thing tha all wanted to know is---HOW MUCH ELECTRICITY ITS CONSUMED..nso it consume only 1 unit in 1 hr at 16° temp....ntotally tested by house electricity meter..so don't worry about it..n3- seller shows 2018 model at 23490..but i received 2017 model..so you can check the year on the box and the serial num so you can clarify the year..nold year model are less expensive..you can take it in this price but wait for the EXTRA DEAL..n4- nothing changes in this machine from old model to new model,changes only the new and old remote and front faceplate.n5- Check the machine thoroughly and if you found some damage, crack, broken parts then returned it.Do not install it..n6- never install it by yourself..wait for the technician..n7- And if you fail to return then don't worry...1 year warranty is there for.use it coz you pay for it..nAll parts and labour including plastic is free of cost..but if you damage the plastic part by yourself then you have to pay..n8- Installation was not gud by the technician so you have to force the technician guy and tell him to close all the surrounding body of the machine by heat repellent material or some fomeing type material.n9- when all done ...test is by yourself for around 15-20 min and then pay them.installtion cost 500 for window ac.(if installation is not free for you at the tym of purchase)
Worst delivery , they dragged my AC while delivering that put dent on my AC . Delivery from Gati is worst. Seller to check the delivery standards
flipkart should provide correct info about product they are selling.. i got this product installed couple of days back as i didn't have time n patience for replacement..the ac which i received has the label period from 2016 but in product pic they have mentioned 2018.. sellers n flipkart: please make sure about the product you are delivering is as per your product info .. otherwise u might loose customer's trust.
