After 20 days of purchase, the machine stopped working. I am contacting Bosch in all the available ways to repair my Washing Machine & still the machine is not fixed. Its been almost 2 months now. DO NOT GO FOR BOSCH PRODUCTS. THEIR SERVICE HAS BECOME WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Good product. working smooth and good even after one year.

Shocked at the service on a only a 3 month old purchase. Getting electric shocks when touching clothes after cycle completion. 2 days after complaint, someone called. He said he does not need to come and I need to fix my grounding. I said there is no issue with grounding. He said turn off main plug and take out clothes (which were lying wet inside for 2 days). I mention still getting shock. He started laughing. I explained urgency. He said, he's busy, will come next day. Its been 7 days now. No signs. My friend had another brand where drum had leaked and water went into circuits leading to shocks. It could be the same problem but no one listening.
