Changing my rating from 2 to 5. From Bangalore Bosch service-Technical Executive Kiran and his lead Karthik looked into this and finally the machine is replaced with new one( one 20th Sept). So far working fine . ----------------------------------------------- previous review: I got this machine delivered on 18th August,2018. we started noticing holes in t-shirts, shirts ,soft cloths. When we zeroed out this is due to washing machine, the 10 days return period was over. I logged service request to Bosch and Technician visited on 9th Sept,2018. He told , there is problem in drum ..he have submitted the report to replace the machine. Worst case,we will replace the drum. Since then I am following with technician, their back-end , Manager Sonthosh Reddy (bangalore). No help. Called up Bosch service again for update ...same standerd answer no help . Not sure how to tackle this issue. Seems Consumer court is only option left
Got it for 26k during freedom sale.. Installation done in 2days by Bosch. Attempted the first wash today. The clothes came out cleaner.. So my take is, go for it without any doubts. Bosch is BOSS indeed.
