Not sure what do I tell about a worst experience with the below product. Let me explain you in points :- 1. I had booked BPL 7.2 KG washing machine on 3rd Oct 2016 2. Had applied for exchange and debit card offer and paid the amount on same day. 3. Yesterday i got the delivery of product and exchanged machine was picked. 4. The machine that i got was a complete different unit, it is LG 6.5 KG machine, which i said to the delivery guy as well and was asked to register a complaint. 5. I called there and then 18002089898 and they said me that there is some issue with Flipkart and asking me to take a refund or accept the delivered product. 6. When i asked what stupid act is this so got reply that its technical issue and problem with seller and courier but they confirmed that BPL machine is available in stock with seller. 7. Later when i said i want actual product delivered they said no and so i locked another call today but again had same answer. 8. Also later in evening I got the invoice copy which also said of BPL 7.2 machine and its installation process, but since i dont have actual product no installation and future warranty issue comes in frame as well. Now tell me one thing, this guys are saying they will not deliver actual product and will only refund and asking to book the machine again. The price of that machine (Since not a part of big billion offer and etc etc) I am priced for Rs. 14,490/- and no other schemes to apply, so it means i will bear a loss of thousands of Rs. due to mistake at your end. This is a case of real fraud with customer by Flipkart, and i want a complete solution in next couple of hours, if not done i shall go ahead with registering complaints and consumer forums and also will have Media coverage against fooling customer showing big billion offer.
The Machine was very good the performance is par with LG Machine at this price you will not get any other machine with such a Great performance. Low noise worth to Purchase.
