Its been a 15 days i am using IXUS 135 HD to make sure that it captures according to its specifications mentioned, and believe me that is how it is, 16 MP with 8X zoom works very well, 16X zoom works good too, if the camera is stable. Macro works amazing, it captures images as near as 1 cm with amazing clarity. nnWiFi - Good idea, if you have a Wi-Fi enabled phone you can directly share the images from Ixus 135 to your respective phones supporting WiFi.nnBattery seems to be a Di-merit, I guess because I am using it a lot or really it is.
Average stuff.. got it for my parents since it is easy to use.. it has been replaced by newer version IXUS 145 which cost 2k less than this(arnd 6K).. I ordered it in a hurry and did not see the newer version.. I would recommend to go for the IXUS 2xx HS series.
