Did not meet expectations

I ordered this product, but carry case is not included in delivery. I called customer support and they said 'Carry case is not included'. Even the box is tampered. I finally returned the product Wonder why they kept it in description. @Flipkart: Your customer support is pathetic, Please upgrade the team or you will keep loosing customers.

this is awesome camera for using.. I purchased 2nd camera from Flipkart of 1500d. my 1st 1500d camera from Amazon because it was not available in that time on Flipkart so I paid ₹41200 for 1st camera .. but 2nd time I paid only ₹38000 from Flipkart.. nnthank u flipkart
