I am very disappointed by the shipping service. The product was delivered by delhivery courier. When the product reached my nearest hub, I called the courier service, and asked them if I can get it today (18.10.17). They said yes you can take it, come to our office by 4:00 p.m. when I reached their office I saw the seal of the flipkart logo box (not the box of the product) was cut off. When I asked them about this, they said it could be happen for the overloading. How it could be possible? Then they apply a basic tape on it. And i came home with the box. When I opened it, I saw the seal of the canon dslr box (box of the main product) was slightly damaged. But all those products was over there as mentioned by the description on flipkart aap. Why this kind of unexpected things happening with customers? Should I trust flipkart anymore? You should change your delivery policy for expensive products. And fix an accountability for your courier partners to the customer.
