I never expected to write such a poor review. Ordered Canon G3000 printer. Delivered intime but its a used product. It is even billed to someone else before i purchase in Flipkart. I found invoice also inside the package which is billed to someone else. Package looks very dirty and improper. After opening the package found that ink is already filled in ink tank and it is spilled all over the printer. It clearly means that it is used by someone else. Ideally ink will not be filled if it is new onwe. Raised return request but even after providing all these details flipkart asked for canon technician visit to inspect and repair saying its policy. Technician visited after 2days and confirmed that it is not in working condition. Submitted the report given by tech twice to flipkart and even after multiple follow-ups there is no progress in return. Flipkart is loosing its trust by this kind of poor response. Wake up guys... Seller is ELECTROMETRO invioce shows HARIOM ENTERPRISES.
The printer is useless, good for nothing. Printouts are black and Blurry and can not be read. I never expected such a worst quality printer. During installation time only it gave a bad quality prints and engineer who installed it was also not happy with it. He blamed us for online purchase. He remarked that at times the defective returned goods are resold online. Worst experience. I could not return it with 10 days since I had to be out of Head Quarters. Retuned today morning to see this catastrophe.
