It's a very good product. The USP of the product is the ODU. The cooling is very good.
Flipkart has grown too big for its boots and forgotten the basics - if the customer is treated like dirt while waiting for installation 48 hrs after promised time (hours spent with call center was useless and I had to arrange Installation with carrier on my own - that too hopeless, unresponsive and pathetic) and after wasting 3 full days sitting at home, the company is shameless and should hang its head on shame. Terrible. Unprofessional. Disgusting.

DONT PURCHASE FROM FLIPKART, RETURN POLICY IS VERY BAD, 7 days gone and shameful commitment behaviour of flipkart people PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS PRODUCT OUTDOOR UNIT EXHAUST FAN IS UPSIDE SO IT HAS TO BE HUNG ATLEAST 5FT DOWN FROM THE CEILING OR SHOULD BE GROUND FOR PROPER FUNCTIONING, IT CAN NOT BE HUNG LIKE CONVENTIONAL OUTDOOR UNIT SOCIETY FLATS WHERE ITEMS CANNOT BE HUNG OUTSIDE BALCONY CANNOT INSTAL THIS AS SAFE INSIDE BALCONY AND SO I HAVE TO MAKE DECISION TO RETURN
