The installation service was pathetic and why does flipkart offer at 499,and service person charges around 5000 INR. In turn, we ended up only in arguments and service person did not complete installation and gave blame reasons.
The AC that was delivered had internal issues and a huge voltage was passing though the ground line almost around 120 V, this caused electric shocks in external metal cases of other heavy appliances. Technicians from carrier were not aware of what was to be done and insisted on a new ground line to be given. Raised a return request on flipkart and they filed a false report stating that ground connection at workplace had issues, I am not sure even if return request will pass through. Despite knowing the risks involved i am surprised by carrier technicians replies ,since I am technically sound on electronics issue i wonder how easily they can convince a person who doesn't have a knowledge on working of electrical flow.So if any of you have purchased this product please check post installing the product that the ground line or any other products do not turn live as it can cause serious electric shocks as well as loss of property and life in case of high fluctuations. Amazed how such a huge company sends out defective units and gives its customers replies as if they were at fault.

about delivery :- takes to much time to deliver. about installation :- very very bad service takes 9 days for the installation. about product :- dry and heat mode mentioned on remote but not working and cooling is superb.
Horrible experience!!! I will give only 0 star if it is available means, They have delivered only the Outdoor unit, Without checking anything Flipkart simply said we will process the return procedure. I spoke to the main courier person also they said that they have shipped 68kgs of unit in the sense of 36 + 32 kgs but I have received only 36kgs unit only. somehow the courier people missed some where. Flipkart executive said please wait up to 19th May. If return process will started means I will get my money after 21 days they said it was so horrible. At the time of delivery itself I asked the courier person as well as Flipkart executive whether it is a single box or dual they said Maybe they accommodate in a single box. So kindly check at the time of delivery... Finally they said we will refund your money without checking anything about the indoor unit. Worst service in the sense of delivery. Without verifying anything they have wasted everyone's time. Need to wait further 10 days for refund...
