Defective product, when complained to flipkart no one answerable, worst service . Not even worked for one day. Ice bergs and water drops falling from the indoor unit.I have plan to complain to consumer court.

1>Installation Delayedn2>Installation not performed by the respective brand team.In my case AC was of Carrier and a local team did the installation.n3>Demo was not given properly as the installation guy had limited knowledge on Carrier functionsn4> Issue in the AC. The Horizontal vent is not working properly in Swing mode.nwhen contacted flipkart they are not willing to contact Carrier and forcing to sent local vendor. n5> Iam afraid if i will get service from Carrier and is Flipkart authorized to sell Carrier AC

I was extremely surprised when the vendor came to my place and he refused to deliver the material at my house which is on 4th floor. Due to this, I had to pay INR 200 to the coolie extra. And beforehand only it was mentioned in my delivery address that the house is on 4th floor. This kind of service is not expected even after being a flipkart privileged customer.

After a hectic review of which AC's to buy zoomed in on a few models. finally decided to go for Carrier. This is my first purchase of an AC, and had no idea about what it does and other related stuff. However, have observed at many places like office spaces and other high end places sporting Carrier AC systems. As far as my memory can take me, carrier AC's were one of the few AC's to hit india a long time ago and they still hold a good market share. nnFew things to be noted: n1. The indoor unit is plain and simple with a small graphic markings on the left front face.n2. The indoor unit is compact, comparatively smaller in size to its competitors.n3. The indoor unit is pleasantly less noisy at low and med speeds, but a tad noisy at the high mode. Eventually, if you need fast cooling the huge outdoor unit gushes cold air into the room fast and within minutes, approx around 5 to 6 minutes, a 13 by 13 room which is scorched is reduced to 22 degrees. If you happen to have a marble floor, its gets very cold!!!n4. The outdoor unit is heavy, around 50 to 60 kgs. n5. The outdoor unit is a bit noisy, but not that bad. Since it needs to delivery, but definitely much heavier than the competitors. 20 to 25 kgs heavier. n6. the remote is small and compact, comes with a remote holder, plus the keys glow in the dark, plus the screen lights up with bright yellow when ever you use it. good for using it in the dark. n7. The louvres are adjusted to various settings, upto 6 angle settings.n8. The Louvers can be manually adjusted to be set at specific angles.n9. The sleep mode is excellent, quite, take cares of temperature settings, not too cold, not too warm, just in the middle. n10. There is an option for self clean.n11. the AC has sensors which detect leakage of refrigerant, a plus!!!n12. restarts it self to set mode once the power gets cut!n13. You can time the AC to preferred setting and does its job.n14. Most importantly, the consumption, its a low watt rated AC 1370 W operating current, eats about 5 to 6 units of power for about 9 hrs of usage. Thats approx abot rs.40/day in Bangalore.n15. The quality of air delivered is very good. You dont feel the need to cough or feel irritated when you breathe this air. nnOverall, a good buy......!! Service and installation was take care of smoothly, the after sale service personnel called up and enquired if everything went smooth, customer service number and other service details were issued as cool as the AC it self. If you are looking for a designer AC with aesthetics on your mind or a functional freak with a million functions that an AC should do, this is not the AC for you. Its best suited to do one job and it does it quietly and efficiently. Thats all matters!!!! Cheers!

Product no doubt is good....but the installation guys came from Flipkart are not experienced enough.nn1.They did too may holes in my wall for hanging the indoor unit n2. Neither they bought extra copper wire with them nor 2.5 MM cable wire, then I have gone to the market and purchased it.n3. Also they were not having 16 Amp top with them, that also I purchased from market.n4. I have purchased Panasonic AC and installation guy that came, done the job very cleanly and that's the reason I can make out the difference..nnIn short they were not at all professional because I think they were from Flipkart and not Carrier. I don't know why Flipkart send their guy instead of Carrier people.
