Now, where do I start? nnFlipkart Service: 1/5nA cancelled order was how it begun as a Flipkart agent misinformed me and I had to cancel the first order due to an address mismatch within the city. nnThen, to my surprise, this product was available at my pin code from the same seller. nnDelivery: 1/5nOnce the order was placed, more delivery issues started. It took them 3 days, a million calls and lies and finally at 10pm on the third day, I received the product. Flipkart agents continued to lie and told me I'll get it at my scheduled slot. Had to miss a bit of work on two occasions for this delivery. nnWashing Machine: 5/5nLooks gorgeous, I must admit. Wash quality is great. The 16 different cycles are simply amazing. The Led display is easy and a much needed feature. In all, an amazing washer, worth every penny.

I got this product before one month.. It's working fine..compare to other brands in stores it is cheap with same specifications. Flipkart & midea service is fabulous

After one month of use the machine all of a sudden stopped. Contacted call centre and tried to register the complaint. Twice they registered the complaint and after 8 days of the complaint they came and attended the problem. Inexperienced technician without any spare parts is going to kill your time and patience. Repeated lies on availability of spare parts. They are not having spare parts for their machines on immediate demand . Almost 27 days are over, no information regarding the spare parts and machine is lying idle. Company have no customer friendly policy and at its initial phase to the Indian market. Horrible experience and please think twice before purchasing this machine

I purchase this product on 31st Aug.I called 37 times to flipkart customer care for demo and installation.Till 6th they didn't respond.If you have enough time to wait ,Then purchase this model from flipkart. Go other sites to purchase this model they gave the product within 1 day as well as demo and installation within next 2 days.The service from flipkart is worst among all.I never purchase any single thing from flipkart although i have to pay minimal amount.
