No, Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro does not support 5G. 5G is pretty new technology in the market, and very few mobiles support 5G.

  • How to enable VOLTE on Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro ?

    P

Answered By Priya Sharma | 8 months ago

You don't need to enable VoLTE. Insert the Jio (VoLTE enabled) in any slot. By default, VoLTE will be active. If it is not, you can change the network preferences from Network option in settings.

    1. Go to Settings > Call Settings (Sim and Network)
    2. Tap Cellular networks > Enable Voice over LTE On/ Off.

Alternatively, you can follow a much easier way:

    1. You can simply dial *#*#4636#*#*
    2. Choose Phone information.
    3. Click " Phone Information" and Toggle VOLTE Provisioned.
    4. Restart the phone and you are done.

  • How to set custom ringtone on Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro ?

    R

Answered By Radha Narang | 8 months ago

Well, sometimes you watch some movie and you want its tune as your ringtone. Happens right? It happened with me last when I watched Sherlock. Remember that violin tune.? Yes, so I got the tone and copied it to my phone by simply mailing and downloading it to the email ID configured on my phone.

    1. Once there, navigate to Settings
    2. Open the sound section
    3. Find Phone Ringtone option and open it
    4. Select local ringtone and select the ringtone which was copied
So, you are done. Each time your phone rings, you listen to your favorite tune.
