  You can simply reset your Android to factory settings through "Backup and Reset" feature available in settings.

  However, this won't work if your phone has got hanged or you have forgotten the password.

  Here is a Quick reference to hard reset your phone:

  1. Power off your phone (If the phone is hanged, directly perform the next step)
     
  2. Press and hold Volume Down and Power button to enter recovery mode. (Old phone might use home button as well)
     
  3. After the Android logo, you'll be presented by a menu.
     
  4. Select "Wipe Data/Factory reset" from the menu.
  5. Press the Power button to confirm.
     
  6. Scroll to "Yes" and confirm with Power button.
     
  7. This will start the Reset Process.

  To cast your phone screen on your TV you need to have Chromecast.
  Follow the steps to successfully cast your screen-

  Before you begin casting

  1. Connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network.
  2. The mobile device, tablet or computer you are using to cast must be on the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast.

  Cast from Chromecast-enabled apps to your TV

  1. Make sure that the phone you are using to cast is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast or TV with Chromecast built-in.
  2. Open a Chromecast-enabled app.
  3. Tap the Cast button Inactive cast extension.

     Note: The Cast button isn't located in the same place on all Chromecast-enabled apps.

  4. Tap the device you'd like to cast to.
  
  

  
  

  5. When you're connected, the Cast button will turn color, letting you know you're connected.
  6. Select the app like Youtube, Browser, Google Music etc and look for the Cast icon as shown in the image below.

  You can now cast videos, movies and TV shows directly to your TV.
  To stop casting, tap the Cast button and then Disconnect.

  Flash Notifications are used to give Flash Alerts when you get a Call / SMS. 

  
  

  This feature is already there is most phones by going to:

  1. Settings > Accessibility > Hearing > Flash Alerts
     
  2. Toggle there to turn it ON/OFF. 
     

  This is really beneficial in alerting without making any sound.

  
  

  • Don't get dishearted if your phone does not have this feature. There are a number of apps available on Play Store.
    
  • I'll personally recommend you to use the app named Flash Notification available in play store. It is really easy to use and you can enable it for particular apps and for different sound profiles(Ring/Vibrate/DND).

  To root your phone manually, you need to turn on USB Debugging. 

  1. Go to Setting, Find kernel version in About.
     
  2. Tap it seven times, at which point you should see the message, "You are now a developer!" With that done, tap Settings, About Phone, Developer Options, and then tick USB debugging." Then tap OK to approve the setting change. 
     
  3. Now turn it ON  in fastboot mode and unlock the bootloader.
     
  4. Install a recovery to help you with flashing.
     
  5. Flash a supporting custom ROM and gapps.

  You don't need to enable VoLTE. Insert the Jio (VoLTE enabled) in any slot. By default, VoLTE will be active. If it is not, you can change the network preferences from Network option in settings.

  
  

  1. Go to Settings > Call Settings (Sim and Network)
     
  2. Tap Cellular networks > Enable Voice over LTE On/ Off.
     

  Alternatively, you can follow a much easier way:

  
  

  1. You can simply dial *#*#4636#*#* 
     
  2. Choose Phone information.
     
  3. Click " Phone Information" and Toggle VOLTE Provisioned.
     
  4. Restart the phone and you are done.
