So, to help you pick out a perfect daily driver, we have put together a list of the top 5 phones priced under Rs 15,000.

Moto G5 Plus (Rs 14,999 onwards)

The Moto G5 Plus is the latest entrant in the sub-Rs 15,000 price bracket in India. The mid-range smartphone from the Lenovo-owned brand was unveiled at MWC 2017 held at Barcelona. The device comes with a 5.2 inch full HD (1,920 x 1,080) IPS LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top. Unlike its predecessor, the Moto G5 Plus rocks a metal unibody construction thats slightly curved towards the edges at the rear. Powering, the Moto G5 Plus is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor and 3GB RAM. As for storage, the Moto G5 Plus comes with 32GB of internal memory along with support for microSD card up to 256GB in size. The USP of the Moto G5 Plus is its Sony IMX362 backed 12MP f/1.7 rear camera. This shooter comes equipped with a PDAF sensor and a dual LED flash. Lenovo Z2 Plus (Rs 14,999 onwards)

Initially launched in India at a starting price of Rs 17,999, this smartphone is now available at a markedly lower price of Rs 14,999. This makes it the most affordable Qualcomm Snapdragon 820-powered smartphone in India. It offers 3GB DDR4 RAM and 32GB internal storage. Theres a 64GB variant too with 4GB of RAM onboard, but that retails at a higher price of Rs 17,999. Up front, the Lenovo Z2 Plus sports a 5 inch IPS LTPS display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, while the rectangular fingerprint sensor is located just below it. As for the cameras, the Lenovo Z2 Plus packs a 13MP f/2.2 rear camera with PDAF and LED flash. Its worth noting that the smartphone misses out on OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation), which was available on its predecessor.

    Coolpad Cool1 Dual (Rs 13,999)

The Cool1 Dual is the first phone resulting from the partnership between Coolpad and LeEco. Just like the Honor 6X, the most interesting feature of the Coolpad Cool 1 Dual is the presence of a dual rear camera setup. The handset packs a dual 13MP f/2.0 rear camera with Phase Detection Autofocus and a dual-LED flash. The rear camera is capable of shooting 4K videos at 30 fps. The mid-ranger also packs an 8MP f/2.2 front camera with a wide-angle lens.

    Coolpad Cool 1 Dual

Externally, the Coolpad Cool1 Dual look a lot like the LeEco Le2 (review). The design similarities are especially prominent when it comes to the front panel of the Cool1 Dual. To the front of the smartphone lies a 5.5 inch full HD IPS LCD display flanked by a set of capacitive buttons below, along with an earpiece and a set of sensors above. Powering the Coolpad Cool1 Dual is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor and 4GB of RAM. As for storage, the mid-range phablet comes with 32GB of onboard storage. Those looking for more storage space wouldnt be quite happy with the Cool1 Dual as the smartphone misses out on a microSD card slot. Another key aspect of the smartphone is its battery. It packs a 4,060mAh non-removable battery that comes with support for Qualcomms proprietary Quick Charge technology.
