Daikin will not provide cupper tube (standard 3m provision) with the AC. You have to buy at extra cost. Flipkart did not mention this clearly. When Flipkart mentions 1000-1500 extra for installation, they should also clearly mention that cupper tube will take rs. 750 per meter extra. n2. To reach Daikin customer care number, you have to wait ~15 mins although it is toll free numbern3. Installation by Daikin also takes long time - waited for 5 daysn4. Daikin says if it is installed by flipkart, they won't provide warranty. Flipkart neither denies nor accepts. nnFor AC quality 5*nFor Daikin Customer Care 1*nFor flipkart 3* as the cupper tube additional cost is not clearly mentioned

Decide to take Daikin after getting good reference from friends. The AC is no doubt good it's really silent, cooling effect very efficient. But after sales service is pathetic. Fully operated by unprofessional service personnel. They don't have any commitment regarding service. From Day one water start leaking from indoor unit. Engineer came after a long follow up and resolve the issue very unprofessionally. After that its third time water is leaking from indoor unit. nWill not recommend to anyone for the pathetic after sales service support. Don't waste your money on Daikin.

This is a 5* ac... but flipkart has mentioned this as Inverter ac... which is pure cheating... I have checked with daikin website that this is a 5* ac...

Prodcut is mentioned as Inverter Split AC But its a 4* A.C.nI have check with DAIKIN Customer Care.nITs a miss-selling by a Flipkart, and dispite of updating them they are not changing it.
