5 Star Rating is for Daikin as a product and the installation team OnlynnNow let me share one of the most pathetic experiences that I have had regarding online shopping,n1) Product was not delivered on the promised date – Dear Flipkart, you emphasis on entering pin code while shopping so that the shopper would see when would the product reach them and order accordingly & it seems you guys simply make falls commitments when product is an expensive one.n2) Poor Customer service – your associates are perfect they speak nicely and greet well. However, they have no clue about anything and all the keep saying is the concern team has yet to update the status and they don’t know how to connect with the concern team (whatever the CONCERN team may be)n3) Major Failure – Your customer service is supposed to help out customers. However, here is the worst part of feedback – Flipkart had no clue until today that the AC was delivered on Saturday, APP status didn’t change until today, Installation from Daikin was arrange by myself and not by you people, infact I am getting calls from your support that the installation is pending where in the AC was installed on Sunday. nI am more than sure that this probably my last expensive purchase on flipkart. I hope this feedback is seen by someone sensible and use it for betterment of customer experience – Practically I was the one arranging things for myself and following up with multiple people to get my product to me… you guys should compensate me on doing the job which was your responsibility.
