Almost faulty after few months .
i have made simple mistake pincode only wrong, but i have booked for cash on delivery and proper mobile number address also i have proper address proof but they are not deliver on time. I have ordered as a gift to my uncle he told to the delivery person i will come and collect your location (office) they wont allow. UBUNTU often hang up could not able to watch video or movie.
Please do not buy from here. The laptop battery is not working and the seller WSRETAIL listened to this complaint of mine and rejected request for replacement. I am asking just for a fully functional product but flipkart and WS RETAIL is telling me take what we have given you. I really dont know who to contact. I request the reader not to buy high value products from Flipkart and WSRetail. On my end i will take this to consumer court you can fool customers if you send defective equipment and shut your ears that will not help. Very Very Bad Experience.
I GOT THIS LAPTOP COMEPLETELY WELL PACKED. UNPACKED IT TRIED TO BOOT BUT TO NO AVAIL AS THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. CALLED UP DELL PEOPLE AND GOT A CONFIRMATION FROM THEM THAT THIS LAPTOP IS OLD ONE WITH ITS WARRANTY EXPIRED IN JUNE 2015. I AM GOING FOR A CONSUMER CASE
