I cant believe that this product is available at this price. dell online is quoting for more than 45K. in market you would not be able to get this bellow 40k.nPlus points:n1) compact & tough designn2) light weightn3) you can clean the fan very easily, just need to open 2 screwsn4) latitude gives real business class feelingn5) voice and display are goodn6) latitude security feature rocksnnminus pointsn1) key pad is imitative, not at all comfortablen2) touchpad is over sized and feels like its not properly fitted, also very hard which makes it uncomfortable.n3) opticle drive is missednnOver all conclusion:nPerson expecting ruff and tough gadget with good brand and services should buy this. dont expect too much features as this is business class product. I am giving 4 stars considering such a low pricing.

I'm using this laptop over two month and im not facing any issues. nCons:nSpeaker is not as expectednEntire touch pad is shaking while use right click

I purchased this dell laptop(Latitude 3450) at Jan 2016 with one year warranty. But In dell website showing this was purchased on sept 2015.nnI given complaint to Flipkart. Nearly two months completed. Now my call not connecting to customer care and no response from customer care side.nnWe dont have perticular number to ask about issue. nSo my dear viewers dont buy costly items in flipkart.

Worst experience with Flipkart. Laptop came but without any HDD. Ran diagnostics, failed. Ultimately had to return and the seller didn't give any replacement. Later bought from store.The product is good, but don't buy from Flipkart
