Laptop reached to me on 26.07.2017 , it was dead on arrival on 26.07.2017.on 26 th it was promised that by 28 th , after technical verification the same will be replaced. Till 28th nothing happened and again 1st august was given new time line for resolution of isuee. On 1st next dead line will fixed 5th of august but nothing happened till date. Very sorry state of affair.
service support is very bad. they go on repairing the laptop but they wont provide any solution. never buy this laptop. i felt lot of trouble in repairing this laptop. dell service man are useless people they are go on experimenting on laptop.i am using this product from 6 months i called customer service 50 times they did not provide me any solution.laptop is very bad dont follow other reviews this is genuine review after using 6 months.
