The speakers and the sound quality is horrible. Given its a budget laptop, I was not hoping for any amazing sound quality. A balanced mid range sound quality would have been more than enough. nNone of the headphones work well with this laptop. The noise amount is damn too high. nAlso the touchpad is of very poor quality. Touchpad doesn't work if you are not touching it hard enough.

Don't buy this. Flipkart will make a fool of you. They will not give you genuine product. I bought this 4 months back and the keypad ppti no. is not matching with the laptop unique no. I complained to flipkart and they are not taking any response. So I recommend don't buy this.
This does not support Windows 7. If you are buying Linux Version and wants to install Windows 7, there are not all drivers available. Flipkart does not mention it and Dell is worse. Dell has Windows 7 in supported OS list and also has some of Drivers, but some Chipset Drivers and Wireless drivers are missing. I contacted Dell Support and they say that if you want Wireless then you need to install Windows 10 on it. I mean you either support fully or do not support at all. How can you provide some of the drivers and do not provide remaining ones. nnThis does not support Windows 7 32 Bit at all. And supports Windows 7 64 bit partially.nnI have wasted 23 K on this machine and I don't know what to do with this. I hate Dell and Flipkart. Flipkart should mention it and Dell should not have Windows 7 in supported OS list.
I have purchased this laptop on sale at 22500₹. It's a great deal for me but charger not working properly. Tuchpad also dispointed.
