Been using it for a week now, lot of cons than pros Touchpad the worst ever by dell ever Keyboard layout could have been much better wonder why page down and page up keys are half keys which makes using them very tough comes with a backlit keyboard which is good Fixing of keyboard in not proper Sleek finish Non removable battery inspite a 4gb ram processing is slow Not worth the money
