bought 20 days back. processor little bit slow and sometimes it hang while surfing or do multitasking.ncoming to hardware, keyboard series keys not working for a while. it happens 2 or 3 times since i bought this product.noverall 3 rating out of 5.
# Big review but hope will be useful for the future buyers #nnFirst one (Dell inspiron 14 5455) got delivered next day. Had trouble with the battery (giving only 90 mins backup).nnAsked Flipkart about their opinion and with their suggestion and my gut feeling got the same replaced with the same brand and model.nnNow getting around 150-180 mins of backup with normal office work with little multimedia work and zero gaming. Internet was connected all the time thru wifi and brightness was around 50%. Charging time is around 150 mins.nnRecommend this laptop and highly recommend it from Flipkart. They provided awesome support and prompt service.nnPros : Good looking laptop with decent backup. Video and audio is good. Performance seems good.nnCons : Little heavy. The upper part is glossy and thus catches all the fingerprint there. Comes with only 1 HDD partition.
They are cheated me ,because in description they are put it USB 3.0 ports are two ,but have received laptop with only one usb 3.0port and 2 usb 2.0 ports
