Dell laptop is bad. Don't buy it beacuse it will be dead after 2-3 years and you have to sell it for 1/5th of amount you spend.nnGo for dell only if n1. you can spend time on service center for motherboard, display and mother heat problemn2. You can buy extend warranty for every yearn3. you use for browsing purpose and not for regular usen4. you dont want resale value of your laptopn5. you have time and moneynnI faced a problem thats why i put here. i am not able to explain my experiance since flipkart is not accepting the content ni put in the other site consumer complaint sites.nnDon't think that i am the only one facing this issue. nnTwo of my close friends faced problem, nOne of my friend display is dead because of heat nanother friend mother is dead.nnBattery will come for one year after wards battery will stay for 15 minutes alone.
I got this laptop from outside. And to say its just awesome. Very Fast. It has a good battery backup upto 6 to 7 hrs of continuous work. Good speed 4 USB cables MY advise is go for it. Its really good.
Very bad flipkart service i placed Dell Inspiron 15 3521 & i received different product from flipkart.
The delivery was too fast, i received the order in just 2 days. It was superbly packed. The laptop is a beast in this cost range. * Its super fast * Copy/move speed is around 35Mbps * Touchpad is very smooth which makes it very easy to use. * 4 USB ports is a real cool thing (2 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0) * The laptop has a 6.1 Windows Experience Rating which is quite good. The only problem is "No Windows 8 Installation DVD" is provided nor the "Product key is labelled behind the laptop" which makes it difficult for me to re-install Windows and activate it.
First things first-nI ordered this Laptop on Sunday night and Flipkart managed to deliver it by Monday evening. Well packed. Good job folks :)nnAbout the Laptop :-nI could use some really geeky terms and talk about the the processor/RAM..blah blah.. but let's talk in just layman terms-nn1. This is a budget laptop. Not meant for heavy gamers. This is meant to be like a home entertainment systemn2. Ideal for people who want it for educational purposes- this is enough to get you through for 2 years of your MBA. :)n3. Speakers are really good!n4. There is a consistent problem with most DELL Laptops with Windows 8 and above-Whenever you receive an update- the sound drivers get screwed. So, you need to re-install them or restore your system to a previously recognised healthy configurationn5. Takes ~30-40 sec to boot..So good enough!n6. All your 1080p movies play smoothly..so movie lovers don't worry!n7. Battery stays for about 4-5 hours..fair!nnI bought DELL because of the good reviews I received abut the service.nAnd they do live up to their name. nnThis happened to me once- While I was trying to restore my settings to an earlier configuration, Windows didn't load properly. I called the customer service for help and they helped me troubleshoot and even remotely logged into my system to resolve the issuennI hope that it doesn't happen again.nOverall-Good Laptop. The most value for money in the DELL range.
