I bought this product from flipkart on 3rd June'13. When the product arrived, "My Dell" app was showing up warranty status to be expiring on 21st Mar'15. I called up customer care and they took 21 days just to revert back with the status that they tried contacting Dell and but have not received any reply from them. They offered me a full refund or a meagre compensation of 1500/- for this. My warranty is less for 3 months and they are ready to shelve just 1500/-. I am not interested in a compensation. I would have been happy if they had been interested in buying me the warranty for the 2nd year which they readily rejected. They were interested in processing the refund since they would get the opportunity to sell it back to a new customer, I suppose. I contacted Dell and they confirmed that no one had contacted Dell for warranty issues regarding this product. Dell also told me that every product comes with a 15 month warranty out of which 3 months are meant for the dealer in which he is expected to sell the product. I got 9 months warranty because they sold me a 5 month old product. This happened to you and it can definitely happen to you. Be cautious.

This is the best laptop in the price range of 35000 to 40000. In this price it offers almost everything you can ask for except a dedicated graphics card but it includes integrated intel HD graphics card. So if you are not buying the laptop for gaming purpose than it will be able to do most of your graphics related work. It has a smooth trackpad as compared to other laptops. The only drawback I think is that it is a bit bulky as it weighs a little more than 2kg and also that quality of the body is not that good as it is prone to stains. And also I would like to inform you that my experience with Dell customer care has not that been good as I felt that they don't have good knowledge about the product even if they are very polite and reply to the queries immediately.

I recently purchased the Dell Inspiron Laptopn from Flipkart. Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8/ Touch) Pretty satisfied with the product and overall experience on Flipkart. Got good support from customer care representatives who walked me through every doubt I had on the product very patiently. Product was delivered earlier than the planned date. Product performance is Excellent.

I got the delivery on 26/11/2015 and i found that my warranty period is already get expired. Next Day I called to Dell Customer Support where I was informed by the support team that your warranty period has been expired and you will not get any support from dell until and unless your warranty period gets updated. So I called Flipkart to update my warranty period so they told me that your Issue will be resolved in 24 Hours. Next Day the issue was not resolved so again i called to flip kart for the same issue now this time they give me 72 hours to resolved my issue but still after three days issue was not resolved. So every day when i called to flip kart a new executive pick up the call and every time they gave me a new date to resolve the issue. Even they are not bothered to reply to my mails. So now 10 Days has been gone and my returned period is also expired(10 Days replacement period). I think they delivered me second hand product . So i am help less because they are not responding to my issue.I think i am cheated by Flip Kart of Rs 35990. This happened to you and it can definitely happen to you. Be careful when you are buying this product.

Guys ,Please dont buy this.I will never recommend DELL to any one as I had bitter experience buying DELL laptops.I had purchased an DELL laptop , soon after the warranty period issues arises.My DELL laptop was Inspiron 3521 i5 , which i purchased from an dell store for nearly RS 48,000.Just after 1 year and 2 months the motherboard got complaint and i had to spend RS 14000 extra for that and the strange thing is its warranty is for 3 months only and the highlight part is the motherboard got complaint after 3 months.I lost RS 63,000 total and I would never ever recommend DELL LAPTOP to anyone with this bitter experience of mine.
