Not sure of the reason but the laptop has a large response time. Even opening Crome takes time. The battery is quite good. If they had gone for a lower version of windows, there should be some improvement in speed. Also, the laptop is quite big. Using it like a PC at home
I bought this dell Laptop on 15/03/2014 from my nearby chroma store. With the 1 Gb Graphic Card its a treat to play games such as burnout gta etc Second windows 8.1 the latest is an awesome from microsoft. You can increase the speed by adding 4gb ram Wholly its an awesome laptop with a good service from dell and a smashing look
Very Poor laptop. Speed is very slow. It hand a lot, every time it show this program is not responding. Mouse cursor also hang. I Bought in Aug 14, but Guarantee start form 26.02.2014( as per Online Status)
I bought this laptop on 15th and the laptop was delivered on 17th. When I tried to register for the Dell college offer with the service tag number I got an error saying the service tag is already registered. On enquiry, I found out that the same service tag (serial number) is registered by someone in Mumbai. No explanation is offered from Flipkart about this. So I am afraid if there is any issue about warranty to be invoked Dell may not honour the warranty saying that this machine is not owned by you and has been registered with some other person. Buyers beware before you place your order from Flipkart.
a good laptop in dis price range lags little bit while playing heavy games battery performance is ok and run for 4-5 hours best for watching hd movies
